Enhancing the capacity of emerging mental health researchers in Africa
The annual UKZN Psychiatry Research Week is accessible to all professionals, researchers, students and trainees within the health sciences and mental health disciplines. The training equips participants with the skills needed to conduct high-quality research that will meaningfully improve mental health care in Africa and the diaspora. Topics covered include epidemiology, biostatistics, qualitative research, scientific writing, as well as academic talks from international research faculty. Trainings are presented in a hybrid format to maximize reach and accessibility.
